Since COVID-19 hit last year, we knew in-person conferences and events would be put on hold. So, we had to find a way we could still host events and conferences. We worked with the brand new OnAIR virtual event platform, in order to keep our services alive. We understand some people are still concerned today about having large gatherings together or traveling, so we will continue to offer this platform to our clients.
OnAIR Platform is used to reach large groups of people, with secure logins, and is very interactive and engaging. No matter where you are as long as you have WIFI you can join the event with the given secured login information. We have reached more people than we have before (per event) compared to our in-person events. We are very happy with the results as well as our clients.
Hybrid Virtual Events
We commonly use a hybrid virtual style that includes in-person and online viewers within the event. We use the OnAIR platform in order to interact with online viewers. Since more and more people are working remotely, this is a great platform to use to interact with lots of people at once.
Above are some examples of hybrid events using OnAIR. The image on the left is from our virtual event with Dollywood. It was a smaller gathering with 68 viewers which allowed people to join the meeting where ever they were located. The image on the right is from the 64th Convention of the Tennessee State Chapter P.E.O Sisterhood. This virtual event had 450+ registered attendees! We couldn’t be happier with the outcome of this event. The majority of our viewers are online and the people in-person are directing the event or meeting. However, the viewers online still interact and are a part of the event.
OnAIR Event Planning and Pricing is completely customized and based on specific event needs. Full registration services can be included in OnAIR pricing. Contact UT Conferences today to find out how we can make your next event a highly interactive virtual experience that meets the needs of your organization and your attendees!
