The Association of Collegiate Conference and Events Directors International (ACCED-I) has certified UT Conferences as an official “One-Stop Shop.”
That means, for any given event or conference, hosted on campus or off campus, we can provide you with one contact, one contract, and one invoice for all university services — from venues, audiovisual needs, and lodging to campus transportation, catering, and registration services.
