I have gotten to know Brianna while working here at Conferences, although several years ago we actually met on a trip to Colorado! She is an incredible asset to our team here at Conferences and Event Services. She is our Social Media Specialist Student Intern! As a Social Media Intern, Brianna schedules and creates posts for all of our social media platforms.
Brianna is a Senior at the University of Tennessee Knoxville majoring in Advertising with a minor in Business Administration. She plans to graduate with her Bachelor’s degree at the end of Summer 2022! She started here at Conferences and Event Services in June 2021 as a summer internship that has now turned into a whole year internship!! Something that makes this job different from others to Brianna is the Vol Nation Vibes around here on game days. “I love when we all wear our orange for game days and support each other as a community!”
Brianna’s favorite memory here at UTCES is attending the Holiday Party where everyone from the office gets together, brings food, and enjoys each other’s company without having to do work.
Fun Facts about Brianna:
- She is a Cat and Dog person! She has had a dog previously, Zack, respectfully; and now has her cat Kiki!
- She has an identical twin sister named Carissa. People still get them mixed up to this day.
- She enjoys spending her off-time outdoors riding her bike, going on a walk, boating, enoing, and kayaking!
- Without any other question or factors, Brianna would choose going to the Beach versus the mountains!
- Brianna has been to México! She would love to go back, it was a very beautiful trip! She loves learning about new cultures and trying new foods!
- Her dream vacation spot is Hawaii!!
- Brianna’s favorite season is summer because of the warm weather and the off-season from academic classes!
- When asked about what makes Knoxville so special to Brianna, she responded with “I love that I go to school at the University of Tennessee and work for them too! I have grown up here my whole life and have always wanted to go to UTK!”
- Christmas is her favorite holiday– “I get to celebrate Jesus’ birth with friends and family!”
- Some of Brianna’s hobbies include painting, drawing, and sewing!!
- If she could have any superpower, she would choose FLYING! She would love to get to places super fast and to float in the air!!
